Effective August 14, 2006, the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ) will implement a walk-in assistance policy. This policy represents the OHCQ’s efforts to balance assisting providers and prospective providers with questions about the licensure process while completing surveys and other business functions.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
The OHCQ will receive unscheduled walk-in visitors between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Mondays and Thursdays:
The OHCQ will receive visitors who need consultation by appointment only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and, upon reasonable request, before or after normal business hours, subject to the availability of security personnel.

Drop-offs and Pick-ups:
The OHCQ will be open for visitor pick-ups and drop-offs every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Appointments:
Staff will be available by appointment Monday through Friday.
