The Eastern Shore Hospital Center (ESHC) is an 80-bed, smoke-free mental health facility under the jurisdiction of Maryland’s Mental Hygiene Administration, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. ESHC's mission is to provide the highest quality inpatient mental health services on the Eastern Shore for adults age 18 and older. ESHC is accredited by Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
