Complaint Procedures

 

What is a complaint?

A complaint is a formal accusation against a dental professional, who is licensed by the State of Maryland, alleging a violation of professional standards or Maryland statutes.

What will happen after I file a complaint?

The Discipline Review Committee will review all complaints received and forward the details to the Board. The Board will then determine the disposition of the matter. 

How do I file a complaint?
