Media Campaigns

The Red Ribbon Question Mark Campaign is the primary media campaign supported by the AIDS Administration. The campaign targets high prevalence areas of Baltimore City and the Suburban region, and includes a street outreach component as well as the social marketing components. Some examples of campaign materials for the marketing component include:

  • Radio advertisements
  • Posters
  • Brochures
  • Bus advertisements
  • Incentives for providers and CBO's

The outreach component targets at risk women with particular emphasis on reduction of perinatal transmission of HIV.
